Winter Solstice – SoundBody Vocal Workshop

Winter Solstice marks the time of year when we begin to move into the light and experience longer days. It is also a time of gratitude when we honour the gifts of the previous year and set new intentions for the New Year.

Please join facilitators Marjorie Baskerville and Nicole Lavoie along with musician Bernie Radelfinger for an afternoon of nourishing, spontaneous and creative vocal play. Our focus will been creating musical pieces through movement and sound that welcome in the light and ground us to the Earth. Following the workshop we will have a potluck social.

The cost to attend is a suggested donation of $20.
