What is Vocal Anatomy?

Vocal Anatomy is a new BodyWorks class designed by Bisia Belina. This class is all about preparing your body for sound production.

Learn to:

  • access your anatomy through body awareness
  • tune in to the stress you carry in your body
  • read your body’s signs and symptoms to enable you to eliminate your pain
  • realign flesh and bone to create freedom in your physical structure
  • be able to take a full breath

What is BodyWorks?

Tune up by taking note of the signs and symptoms of your over-stressed anatomy. Recognize and release your unnecessary tension patterns. Regain breath, flexibility, composure and focus. Various techniques are used to realign, readjust, and recover from daily living.

Bisia BelinaBisia Belina is the principal teacher and founder of VoiceWorks and VocalBody Arts Institute. She has developed an unique approach to health and wellness by using a fusion of voice and body movement strategies in her classes, workshops, and intensives.
